1） 帐目的开设/修改/撤消
2） 密码检测次数设置
（如用户输入错误密码，次数将累计。如果超过规定次数，没收卡，停止帐户。）
3） 每日取款上限金额设置
4） 交易记录次数设置。
（如卡交易记录达到一定次数，银行将停止该卡使用，要求用户取存折登帐。）
5）客户端欢迎词设置
